1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions govern the use of private hire chauffeur services provided by K&K Elite Chauffeur Ltd. By booking our services, customers agree to comply with the terms outlined below.
2. Booking and Contract

All bookings must be made in advance via phone, email, website, or corporate account.

A contract is formed once the booking is confirmed by K&K Elite Chauffeur Ltd.

The company reserves the right to decline any booking.
3. Passenger Responsibilities

Passengers must provide accurate booking details (pickup/drop-off location, time, number of passengers, luggage details, etc.).

Passengers must ensure they are ready at the agreed pickup time.

Any changes to the booking must be communicated in advance and may be subject to additional charges.

Smoking, consumption of alcohol, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited in all vehicles.
4. Driver and Vehicle Allocation

A licensed and insured chauffeur will be assigned to each booking.

K&K Elite Chauffeur Ltd reserves the right to allocate a suitable vehicle based on availability.

The company ensures all drivers comply with TfL regulations.
5. Fares and Payment

All fares are agreed upon at the time of booking or estimated based on the journey.

Payment must be made in full before or at the start of the journey unless otherwise agreed for corporate accounts.

Additional charges may apply for waiting time, extra stops, or changes to the journey.
6. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time to avoid cancellation fees.

Cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to a full or partial charge.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 5-7 business days.
7. Delays and Liability

K&K Elite Chauffeur Ltd is not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as traffic, weather, road closures, or other force majeure events.

The company will endeavor to provide an alternative solution in case of vehicle breakdown or driver unavailability.
8. Conduct and Safety

Passengers must wear seatbelts at all times.

Any damage to the vehicle caused by passenger misconduct will be charged to the customer.

The driver has the right to refuse service if they feel threatened or unsafe.
9. Data Protection and Privacy

All customer data will be handled in compliance with GDPR and TfL data protection regulations.

Booking details, driver allocation, and journey records will be securely stored for 12 months as required by TfL.
10. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

Complaints must be submitted in writing via email within 7 days of the service.

The company will investigate complaints and respond within 14 business days.

Disputes will be resolved in accordance with UK law.
11. Amendments to Terms & Conditions

K&K Elite Chauffeur Ltd reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Updated terms will be made available on our website or upon request.
